Know the clock before arrival day.

Windows remain subject to inventory, traffic, weather, route access and property permission. Your confirmed trip message—not an estimated request time—is the final handoff window.

Delivery + pickup8:00 AM–8:00 PM daily

Scheduled handoffs and retrievals normally occur inside this window.

Guest support8:00 AM–10:00 PM daily

Call or text for booking help and active-rental support during normal hours.

Same-day requestsRequest by 5:00 PM

Same-day requests received by 5:00 PM may be delivered by 8:00 PM when inventory, route access and property permission are confirmed. Requests received after 5:00 PM normally move to the next available delivery window unless the Wavy team confirms otherwise.

After hoursSecure it. Stop if unsafe.

For a life-threatening emergency, call 911 first. For an active-rental safety or access problem after the 8:00 PM delivery window, secure the rental if safe, stop using it when safety is uncertain, and call or text Wavy support. Messages received after 10:00 PM are triaged at the next support opening unless the situation is an active emergency.
