After confirmation, My Trips holds the agreement, driver verification, secure documents, payment status and delivery instructions.
Free property delivery
Operations validates access and route eligibility, completes a documented inspection and stages the cart at the approved location.
Ride with support
Use My Trips for an extension, additional driver, support ticket or safety report. Emergency situations still begin with 911.
Park, lock and leave
Return the cart to the agreed spot, remove belongings and add a condition photo if desired. Wavy performs the final pickup inspection.
Close the loop
Payment, authorization release, feedback and referral status remain attached to the trip record.
