The Yamaha guide is live. Incoming scooters and electric mopeds remain in pre-launch review until their exact models, classifications, equipment and insurance are confirmed.
There is not one universal rule for every product marketed as an electric scooter or electric moped. Wavy will not open booking until each final model is classified against current Georgia and Glynn County requirements, insured, equipped and assigned a permitted-use guide. Posted signs and current law always control.
