8:00 · Start walkably
Begin with coffee near your stay. Your cart is transportation, not a shortcut around parking or pedestrian rules—leave it parked until the group is actually ready.
10:00 · Choose a legal route
Use the official speed map before leaving the south-island network. A PTV belongs on streets posted at 25 mph or less, never on the sidewalk or bike path.
13:00 · Reset at the property
A quick return is useful for shade, water and kid gear. Park only where the property allows and remove the key.
17:30 · Golden-hour loop
Finish before the group is tired. If riding after daylight, confirm the headlights and taillights are on and every rider is belted.
