Can Wavy use my door code?+
Wavy normally needs only the exterior access and approved parking instructions. Do not share an interior door code unless specifically necessary and authorized.
What happens if the property denies the delivery?+
Wavy will look for a lawful alternative approved by all parties. If none exists, the request may need to be rescheduled or cancelled under the applicable terms.
