No. The golf cart may not be driven on sand, dunes, boardwalks or beach access paths. Park in a lawful vehicle space and continue to the beach on foot.
The rear seat can convert to a utility platform when no passenger occupies it. Secure every item, keep the driver’s view clear and never exceed the vehicle’s capacity.
